Chris Matson is a graduate of Georgetown University, Texas A&M, and the US Army War College. He has over 23 years of professional sales experience in the Medical Device industry. Chris is currently a Colonel in the US Army Reserves with over 26 years of military leadership experience. Given his background, service is the most important aspect of what he does on a daily basis.
Vera Matson is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University and a former educator. Vera is a professional photographer with work published in Texas Home and Living as well as Houston Lifestyles and Homes magazines. Vera leverages her communication and creative skills for marketing properties as effectively communicating with clients and helping them throughout the real estate transaction process.
Together, Chris and Vera are REALTORS® and own and operate Guardian Property Management.
Chris and Vera have two children and together they value family time, exploring Texas parks and attractions as well as expanding their ever-growing knowledge of Property Management, Real Estate, and the great Houston-area market.
